Computer Forensic Expert Witness

DEPOSITION AND TESTIMONY     Midwest Data Group’s examiners are trained to give effective and professional testimony. Each has the ability to articulate their findings in order to express their results in a clear and logical approach to the attorneys, judge and jury. Midwest Data Group’s Chief Examiner, Mark T. Vassel, has testified as a Computer Forensic Expert Witness in over 52 civil and criminal cases, and he is one of only three examiners nationwide designated to provide Expert Witness services in a military court of law. Because of this achievement and with this experience, Mr. Vassel has dedicated much of his time to training our examiners to provide the same level of service he would provide himself. Understanding how crucial this area is to our clients, Mr. Vassel has taken on the responsibility of overseeing all cases that are bound for trial, while working with the examiner to develop and establish their own individual techniques and experience.
