  Introduction to Computer Crime Litigation

This seminar was developed for lawyers or legal professionals who have been
retained by a client charged with a crime involving the use of a computer.
Topics will include potential exculpatory evidence which maybe uncovered during a defense expert's analysis of the seized computer system. Additionally, we will discuss discovery and motions commonly used in cases involving Internet records, Online Chats, Emails and peer-to-peer networks.

  Advanced Computer Crime Litigation 

This seminar is for lawyers or legal professionals who have already been retained on several cases involving the misuse of a computer system. Topics will include computer forensics methodology and techniques used to uncover evidence from computer's, cell phones, and interstate commerce.  Additionally, we will discuss techniques used by the computer forensic examiner in determining who maybe the actual user when numerous individuals had access to the computer system or if the system was compromised by a virus, Trojan, or remotely accessed.
